All credit purchases on Synthetik Media are final and non-refundable. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase.
1. No Refunds on Credit Purchases
When you purchase credits on Synthetik Media, you are purchasing a digital product that is immediately available for use. Due to the nature of our Service:
- All sales are final - Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded
- No partial refunds - We do not offer refunds for unused credits
- No credit transfers - Credits cannot be transferred to other accounts or exchanged for cash
- Account termination - Unused credits are forfeited upon account termination
We encourage you to start with a smaller credit package to ensure the Service meets your needs before making larger purchases.
2. Credit Packages
We offer credits in various package sizes. The following packages are available:

3. Service Issues
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using credits you've purchased:
- Contact us immediately at support@synthetikmedia.ai
- Provide details about the issue, including any error messages
- We will investigate and work to resolve the technical issue
- In cases where our Service failed to deliver promised functionality due to our error, we may, at our sole discretion, issue credit compensation
Note: Service issues do not include: dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality, user error, or third-party service interruptions beyond our control.
4. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card company for a legitimate charge:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- All unused credits will be forfeited
- You may be permanently banned from the Service
- We reserve the right to pursue collection of any amounts owed
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first at support@synthetikmedia.ai. We are happy to address any legitimate billing issues directly.
5. Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe an unauthorized transaction has occurred on your account:
- Contact us immediately at support@synthetikmedia.ai
- Provide details about the transaction in question
- We will investigate the matter promptly
- If fraud is confirmed, we will work with you and our payment processor to resolve the issue
6. Credit Expiration
Purchased credits do not expire as long as your account remains active and in good standing. However, credits will be forfeited if your account is terminated for violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
